Went out with Alex to do some training and pick up flags from last nights training session. Spent about 15 minutes walking around looking for an SI unit which was supposedly in the area and another 5 walking to see if I could spot a flag I dropped on the ground while setting up yesterday.

Did a line-o out to the far end (I still struggle with line-os - especially on these not fieldchecked 3m contour maps of Gatineau Park) and then picked up controls on the way back.

Setting out controls for the Advanced Technique program. Super nice area but as always when setting out controls I wasn't in orienteering mode so I'm not counting it as orienteering here.

My right knee became quite sore about 2/3rds of the way through on the inside of the leg and just below the knee. I felt that same feeling on Sunday and go to yesterday's training because of it. I think I did something acute to it late last week though I'm not sure what. My gut tells me this isn't related to everything I've been struggling with this past year.
