Not as steep a hill as i'd have liked, but offered the opportunity to have a interval element to it, especially continuing to push right to the top as it levelled out. Decided on the way over I was going to do 6 reps, and after it turned out they were shorter than I expected, stuck to this and did them hard. In future if using this hill think i'll ease back very slightly but do more reps. Pleased with consistency of times, in fact my first was the longest! Hr got pretty high, especially considering the length of the intervals
