Was really good as had a couple of people to run with. Range of distances for the efforts but think that was probably due to a small but significant bank, and being overall up or downhill.
A minute felt quite easy to push hard for, as soon as you're really feeling it you're over half way, so can keep pushing. went hard on the last one as it started at the top of a bank, was really fun
