10x (1min hard, 1 min jogging recovery)
Was really good as had a couple of people to run with. Range of distances for the efforts but think that was probably due to a small but significant bank, and being overall up or downhill.
A minute felt quite easy to push hard for, as soon as you're really feeling it you're over half way, so can keep pushing. went hard on the last one as it started at the top of a bank, was really fun

Absolutely crazy indoor rowing race. In teams of 8, have to row 500m then get off and swap untill 8 of you have done the 500m each. Ended up doing it twice as someone was ill. Annoyingly first team i did it with, the erg wasn't set up properly so don't even know individual splits. When doing it with the 3rd team got a 1:50 split, so fairly sure i was the quickest clare novice :) started with sore shoulders already from 2 days rowing and circuits last night, but it was good fun. and had cake afterwards :)
