Run round Arnside with mum before clarinet lesson. round coast to far arnside then up and over the knott. then got lost when coming back as mum was relying on local knowledge. Really really pretty with all the snow but wasn't enough to make it too dangerous or wet.

Jog with Jenny and Anita. was really nice but pretty cold. reasonable speed just very short. and went to the playground for 10 mins :)

Ran home from school. Warm up round cycle track round station. then from underpass did intervals:
1km at 78-88%
2 mins recovery
500m at 88+%
2 mins recovery
x4 each

Was quite hard to get hr into the right zone. as was half way through the interval by the time i got there.
Pretty constant lap times, though first was a bit slow as stopped to tie my shoelace.

Legs felt pretty tired. having got home, really feeling tired but in a good way. circiuts last night was pretty tough so that probably contributing. left ankle aching from slipping on ice and wrenching it a bit earlier today but not serious.
