Ran home from school. Warm up round cycle track round station. then from underpass did intervals:

Was quite hard to get hr into the right zone. as was half way through the interval by the time i got there.
Pretty constant lap times, though first was a bit slow as stopped to tie my shoelace.

Legs felt pretty tired. having got home, really feeling tired but in a good way. circiuts last night was pretty tough so that probably contributing. left ankle aching from slipping on ice and wrenching it a bit earlier today but not serious.
