Jog around our house, up the Mountain HWY, down Lower Griffin, to the stairs, Magnus's stairs and back on Mc Nair. Ran with Magnus.

Skiing - Cross country 40:00 [3]

Short evening skate at Cypress. Mostly enjoying the place and resting after hills, so only 40 min or so of skiing tonight, still worth to come. Very few people, great conditions (some insanely fast youth from Hollyburn skiing club, as Adam W., kind of "just" cruising around in a speed I cannot even develop on skis)
Have no idea about distances lately, because my Gps watch seems to be on holiday in Callaghan Valley.

Flow class with Danielle in the morning followed by a nice stay in the sauna.

The day started with a very early call: It is a snow day today!!!
I really did not mind, still snowing over here.
Will hopefully make it to SFU.

Now some mapping... I mean O-cading

orienteering 39:15 [4] 4.6 km (8:32 / km)

Nice course at SFU by Rachel, snow on the ground made it even more exciting, ran first to make foot prints to all the controls. Everyone else could just follow that. Running felt pretty good, ended up in "no way out of here" situation only once, also ran a bit of the underground parking. Saved some time on control #12 and #18 route choice. Some people ran all around the building. Might start to orienteer again.
