Decided to do a spur of the moment 5k. I was running by a group about to do a time trial so I decided to join in. It was 2 laps through and around a suburb. So the first lap I had to follow some one because I had no idea where I was going, so the first half I was going too slow. Then the second half I was running with this other guys and he out kicked me in the end, so I finished second. But my goal was to get under 18 minutes, so I succeeded.

Went to the City Rock gym in Observatory. It was pretty cool, but their taping method was very confusing. All of the tape looked basically the same, so it was hard to follow a route and they didn't grade their routes, it was just easy, medium, hard, and very hard.
