Today was swim tryouts, but first I had to run to my old apartment and get my bike, then I rode to practice and we did ran up the parking garage and then did a mile and a half on the track and about 15 minutes of abs.

Went for a run with one of my friends. We were going at a good pace in the beginning but once we got a little more then half way and to the big up hill I had to slow it down to make sure I didnt loose him.
Made a trip to Yale Forest and did some bouldering there. None of us had been there before so we had some trouble getting there, which I embarrassedly admit was mostly my fault. But once we got there we had no trouble finding a boulder and getting in some good climbing. The main boulder we climbed was about 20 ft high and I had a pretty big fall nearly from the top, but luckily we had a bunch of crash pads and good spotters, so I came out unscathed.
