Went for a run after I got out of work. It was light when I started from the top of horse barn hill but I brought a head lamp because it would defiantly be dark by the time I finished. So I ran down to the nipmunk and went north until I found a side trail that I turned onto. It was pretty badly marked; I had to stop several times and look to find where the trail went, luckily it looped around so I didn't have to do it in reverse. By the time I got back on the nipmunk it was dark so I turned on my headlamp and headed back to my car.

Overall, a fun run exploring new trail and half of it in the dark. I wish had a Garmin though so that I could put my real distance and pace.

Biked to and from class, but before I came back to my apartment I spent about an hour and a half doing some mountain biking through the UConn Forest. I really hope that the mountain biking trails for the 12 hour adventure race I'm doing in july are better than these cause I was not that great at biking on these trails.

The lateral side of my upper leg was hurting from the run yesterday, so I took it pretty slow and ran on some trains. In the beginning my leg was hurting so I stopped and stretched a little but has I kept going the endorphins kicked it and it felt fine. When I got back I rolled it with my rolling stick and then rolled it with my nalgene bottle.

Went climbing with Eileen today. First we went to pothole and then we made our way to 50 footer which was a little bit of hike in, especially since neither of us knew exactly where the cliff was.
