Definitely got my adrenaline pumping today. Less than half way into the run this huge german shepherd started barking at me and then charged me. The dog was of course faster than me and there was a snow bank to my back, so there was nothing I could do but stand my ground and yell back at it. Luckily it didn't bite me, but it scared the shit out of me and I could no longer concentrate on the map reading exercise I was doing on my run.

A few of my friends and I decided that we should start getting ready for outdoor track, which probably starts in late march. So today we went running after school and we will slowly build up our milage over the next month.
Champs today. I swam the 200 IM, 100 Back, and 100 breast. I got a 2:26 in the IM, which was not good at all. But in the back I got a 1:06.26 and in the breast I got a 1:08.40, which are both new PRs. Now the only big meet I have left is New Englands on March 25th, and I would like to get my breast stroke down to a 1:06
