Event: Australian Xmas 5-days
 

Went for a run at the top of Sugarloaf because i didn't really want to leave my car where they started the run.id a couple of laps of one of the main tracks and then went and had a bit of a run around at the place where i always screw up.

I felt pretty good. fairly windy but i didn't really notice that in the bush.

got back early again. felt pretty good running but the heat got to me a bit.

Played for Daniels team aain but lost this time 2-0. I felt pretty good. might hot inside.

felt really really good for the most of it. when i started out legs were a bit sore so i stoped to strech for a bit. the rest felt good. I have decided to ban myself from running with my ipod because i always feel a hell of a lot better if i dont. fairly exieting run. one old lady swore at me because i aparently scared her when i ran past and a dog had a failed attempt at triping me ofer with the leash.

felt pretty good super duper hot. went north because i didn't really want to cross paths with any snakes. nothing happened that is worth saying on here

felt really really good however that was not shown through my score. running i felt good but navigated badly and managed to get 2 wrong again. got back 5 mins early and couldnt get anymore because there wasn't any close enough.

possibly the fastest i have moved in an extremely long time. played in daniels place because he screwed his knee last week. ended up winning :) but i didn't score any goals :(.
