orienteering (team's event) 48:50 [3] 5.59 km (8:44 / km)

ran with the folks. somehow the organises had me down as a 77 year old instead on a 17 year old so we didn't have to run quite as far. only one mistake which screwed me up completely, if it wasn't for that i would have done it in about 10 minsless than what i did.

fairly good fun went south so it was pretty steep. almost killed myself about 50 times coming down the one hill.

felt ok it was just the constant hills that slowed me down. navigated really well my only mistake was being a bit too high on on of the controls which meant that i had to go down and then back up again.
