i didn't realise how hard yesterday was on my legs till today. My legs felt really weak. Unfortunatly i misspunched which really pissed me off cause i would have loved to have finished the 4 days of intense Oing but oh well. I think this year was a really good learning experience. I now know wat competing at this level is like and wat preparation i need for next year =)

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

warm up: mostly with bridget, then a bit with other people.

warm down: by myself to cool off after finding out i misspunched.

I never stretch enough at major Oing events.

sooooo long day, took it pretty easy as i didn't want to burn out, a couple times i zoned out which meant mistakes but i felt i did good. This is by far the longest orienteering course i have ever done, and i'm happy with my effort =)

gaaa, i started sooooo bad, a few shocking mistakes early but pretty good after that, was pretty stuffed, that thick bush at the start really took it out of you .......... I moved up a few spots anyway today, so thats good, hopefully make up a few spots on the long day tomorow =)

I started pretty good, i felt good physically and my nav was good, but going to #13 i went the wrong way and ended up losing 4 mins then i made a small mistake at 21. So i'm a bit disappointed that my time wasn't more competitive, hopefully make up some time tomorow.........

so it was a game of afl between the pe class and slr but the pe staff had baked the game nerds vs. Jocks, it was a brutal game, some huge hip and shoulder's, Haha, i got covered in mud diving for a mark, lol, sooooo good to be out there playing =) and nerds (that was me) won, like 8 to 5 there were no behinds, which was funny, i did alot of running dunno why, hmmm, i got 3 goals =D
