From uni up Dumyat and then to top car park, at full pelt. Amazing how unfit you can feel with 4 weeks off. Tried to keep my stride tiny, coz it hurts less.

Supporting hubby on the Trossachs Ton, made the most of Aberfoyle's fabby trails. Me with H on the tagalong and eating M's dirt, did the Fairy loop twice plus a longer loop. Plus playpark-tastic. Plus Liz McGregor cake, of course!
Interestingly, no aggravation when pedalling at this intensity.
V proud of hubby - lots of people would have lost the plot with 3 punctures and 3000 midge bites.

Have been blissfully ignoring the fact that biking aggravates all my issues, although not as much as running. Not sure I can cope (mentally) without running or cycling whilst working so hard....roll on the holidays!
Mega gardening/housework day burnt a few calories today.

Met Office fail again. Psyching myself up all day for a PB back from Perth, anticipating a nice easterly to help. It was a westerly!?! Gotta be the only business that can fail so often without any consequences. Anyhow, lovely ride as usual, rucksack not too heavy, hot and sunny - not even arm warmers! :-) Perth centre, Dunning, Auchterarder, Braco, home.

A wonderful swim back from Duke Murdoch's Castle islands. Plenty warm enough with 3 layers on my head! Absolutely lovely. And awesome cake at the Wee Blether cafe. What a day!

Work, Chalmerston Rd, Coldoch Rd, Thornhill, back. Strong easterly and no oomph (hungry, thirsty and sore) but lovely tanning and Vit D weather and not at my desk :-) Streaming sinuses still.
