Devilla lasted 7 mins then L thigh went sore, very sore. hobbled back to the car in pain. No reason what caused the pain as running on the flat.

Trip to Oban, so headed out on the bike 2hrs ahead of Peg in the car, headwind all the way so no restbite.
By Tyndrum had ran out of food (1 energy gel) and drink and started to flag, and Peg had not cought me, almost made it to Taynult.
