Note

Had good food, and a good nights sleep. In the morning still coughing, was thinking of pulling out. When tim offered a morning ride back to bristol, i was quite happy to take him up. Tom S didn't seem to mind.

Now really keen to do the A next year, legs felt alright after day 1. My biggest issue is my shoulder/neck intersection. So may even do some pack training.

So somewhat ironically I had to pull out due to a chest infection.

OMM Dartmoor
A course Day 1

Things started alright a few nerves, and i was going alright until mid way between 3 & 4. Unfortunatly there I started coughing from my illness the previous week. I wasn't eating properly and then i blew up. So tom S dragged me round the rest of the course, and we hameroaged places.

Course included a suprising amount of corridor and tarmac running. with only controls 2 and 3, providing intresting route choice.
