X league at Waterdown. First run this week. Knee held up okay after being a bit 'weird' first few minutes but legs were tired from the yesterday's ride so couldn't really get going. Maybe not a bad thing. The 'heat' was taking its toll as well but I loved the warmth!

DaveE and I climbed Sydenham last Friday, today it was King Rd all the way from North Shore to Waterdown. Nice and sunny.

Decided to support a local restaurant, Bronzies, for supper and got some decent Italian food. Perhaps more quantity than quality.

Knee hurt too much so stopped after 15 min. Running Tue/Sun and then two hard-ish rides Fri/Sat perhaps too much...?
