Easy run from Frontier Park after helping with the Flat Five. Katy then across the 370 bridge (because all runs are more epic when they involve a river crossing), a loop around the Earth City levee path and back.
Despite having 14 hours, I'm sure this week was well under a hundred miles as both yesterday and today were pretty slow runs. Last of the big weeks before Leadville. That's seven weeks in the 90-110 range with a decent base coming in. Certainly would have benefitted from a few longer weeks in the spring, but it should be enough.
LPT on Greenrock. Timed walking a two-mile section in the Reservation (the slowest part of a generally slow trail): 39 minutes. So, assuming I can do the Hope Pass section in under 8 hours, it looks like, for the remaining 80 miles, I can probably afford to walk about a mile for every five I run and stay on pace.
