Home from work. Didn't realize until I was changing that I had forgotten to put shoes and socks in my bag. Fortunately, I regard those as optional equipment. Still, it's longer than I usually go barefoot, so I took a fairly direct route home. That meant a crappy stretch on Olive running on the broken shoulder. Rather than go into tough guy mode, I switched to 100 pace and just took tiny steps. In retrospect, it would have been better to just add a half mile and stay on grass through Greentrails. Post run inspection found several small cuts (none remotely serious) but no bruises or blisters. So fine!
