Kate's sister and fam were visiting and we went to Longview Garms after church so they could tire out there kids in hopes they'd sleep on the trip back to Champaign. After sending the off, I ran back home by way of Queeny.

Ross Elementary Fun Run. I won't dignify it by calling it a race because I was running a pace appropriate for ten times the distance and I still won by a couple minutes. No fast dads this year.

Lunchtime jog around the Maryville trails. Slow, but not labored. Right calf is still not right, but I think I can try a normal run tomorrow.

Stopped at CC Lake en route from the PT's to work to get in a quick barefoot run. Another couple days needed before returning to normal training. Probably no quality until late next week.

In to work on the SUV so I could use the granny gears if needed. I managed to stay out of the little ring, but only by using the biggest cog on the back.

Home from work via CC Lake. Includes about 20 minutes on grass and easy trail. Still using tiny gears as the legs have no power. No pain, either, so I'll try a run tomorrow.

No real effort to speak of, but did have my first session with the Physical Therapist on the shoulder. Learned lots of new exercises.
