Emily's 29'er; Jeff Sona 50K version. Slowest 50K of my life, and that includes the opening 50K of every ultra of greater distance that I've ever run. Sheet ice at the start, which turned to goop on top of frozen ground by the finish. Off and on rain throughout. The company more than compensated for the conditions and Jeff decided to nail it the second time through Tyson, so there was some serioius quality thrown in as well. So fine!

SLOC Cold Nose at Babler. Decent nav, but I was right about having nothing for the hills. David got me by nearly 2 minutes. Yaya did well on her first solo flight.

Four School Barefoot Loop. Air temp was low 40's but the ground was still mostly frozen. Went without the shoes anyway.

41 hours since last sleep. Budget is closed. I don't expect I'll run the hills at Babler very well tomorrow.

Old Farm + Whispering Pines. Felt fine, but was moving super slow for the first 20 minutes. Maybe 15F had something to do with it (though I ususally train faster in super cold).
