Helping to put out controls for the ACT MTBO champs at Kowen. The wind was cold at 8am and hadn't warmed up much when doing the starts after 10am. I enjoyed the ride - it was very peaceful.

Run with Mary in the late afternoon. We ran through Paspalum then up to the summit of 'Mt Crumpet'. From there we did a circuit of the nature reserve behind Nicholls, then back through Paspalum to the car.

Twilight series event at Campbell Park. Miss Jones set a fun course with very little climb ... nice :) I didn't make any mistakes but I had to stop and walk every now and again to try and stretch/massage my hamstring. The soreness seems to have moved to a new spot.

Heather beat me again, but only 30 seconds this week. It's on!

Bike ride with Heather after work. We did the 'Amazed StK66' loop (anti-clockwise). It was about 2 minutes slower than the last two times, but I put this down to: a head wind for about 3/4 of the distance; and riding a bit of magpie interference for Heather. Mind you, she kept dropping me on all the inclines.
