Did want to get 2km done this morning, but started a little late. In hindsight I probably could have got it done.

23:04 for 1500m, still not great at the back end of the stroke. Not surprised I have gone backwards in my swim after a good block before my holiday, no swimming for a week and back to square 1. I am hopeful to get to 22:30 fairly quickly but I think its going to take some time.
Mentally this was tough, rewarded with a fantastic afternoon nap.
I finally finished watching Hawaii ironman during this session. Lionel sanders doesn't run he gallops, it's the most awkward running I have watched ever.
Crazy to think what could happen next year if you add frodeno, tim don, Gomez. Bozone had a great race, I suspect his best ever at Hawaii.
4*400m, 2 *200m, then just some breaststroke, backstroke, free to finish.

Watching the Fiji vs Wales game, did 3 * 5 minute efforts, rest of the ride was very easy. Had a sleep after my 2hr 20 min ride.

Fairly happy with this result, good start in the first 2km's or so. Probably should have dropped 24 and 27 but it didn't make a difference in terms of position.
Legs really seized up after the run, should make sure i do a cool down.
