Absolute brain fade for control 11, my biggest mistake at a sprint event in a long time.

Lost a lot of time on the uphill leg to 13 also, I think just heavy legs.

Overall I still feel like I'm improving.

Cameron is training well and showed some more improvement this week.

Solid start, perhaps not the most direct way for 2 and 3. Only the way to 4 was the first time I was able to plan ahead a little. Spotted 5, 6 on my way into 4. Had to slow down to a walk towards 9 to read the detail. Feeling my fitness on the long leg to 11, got through the bush legs fine and then just change of direction legs mainly from there on.

Orienteering race 23:24 [5]

Got off to a good start, straight onto the map which was an improvement on last week. The long leg from 7 to 8 killed me but still in control through the buildings. First significant mistake was at 13 a combination of not having control description and struggling to see the grey. 14 went past but turned my head and spotted and 15 probably got lucky, got back into on the long leg to 16, then to lose a little bit of time at 17. Nailed everything to the finish but just exhausted.
