Orienteering (Gröndal) 1:20:00 [3] 10.5 km (7:37 / km)
Line course for 6.5 km and control picking 4km. Line course was fairly simple. Control picking was really cool actually, took me á little while to adjust to the scale but after that was orienteering quite well. Nice map.

I think we were actually playing for longer than this but if you dont count the rests. I am absolútley buggered now. Sore neck from getting smashed at full speed, i think my neck actually turned the whole way around.
Soooo slow. Did around 10:40 last week. Couple of possible reasons why,
1) icey and slippery
2) lights didnt come on for ages so i was running in the dark
3) feeling really tired and heavy again - this is probably because I keep forgetting to take my iron supplements so i am going to try and remember from now on.
Early morning runs and me just dont mix. Was planning on doing some intervals. Got two minutes into my first one and gave up cos i felt like crap. So ran to the shop and bought some breakfast for my sister and I. Vegimite on toast, mm mmm.
Didn´t wake up in time to get to club training so just went for a run by myself around mortsjön. Perfect weather for training at the moment. Clear blue skies and about 5 degrees. Legs were pretty tired from yesterday.
