nice to run on a surface where you don't need to look at where every step is going to go and therefore you can read the map. Ah sand dunes -bliss after all that rock.

really slow pace trying to get things right -nav just not working -sore back and stomach too.

Tried hard but my nav was awful lost like 10 mins! Back giving me more gyp and a dodgy stomach.

Not feeling very good had a sore back and was shite navigating. Couldn't read the map.

Model Event at POM. Weather shite ontop of a mountain (1000m). Felt ok but ran with a 7500 map not the 10000 map. Since we've got 10000 tomorrow I think that was a mistake...

Morning jog to the thermal spa and back to the accomodation -really slow pace
