very easy jog around the padock with todd, pretty buggered after yesterday.

am paddock session, nice cool weather. warm up then 5reps of 2paddock loops, with 1loop between each.
felt tip top today.
shin hurt a little over last 10min,

first 12min were slow as,
but once i got onto the bitumen i started flying, average speed 35km/h (mostly downhill)

felt much better today, not feeling sick anymore,
ran around forest.
felt ordinary early on but really warmed into it and ended up running quoite strongly.
realized the downside of flashy new shoes, wanting to keep them new.

am run around paddock ro loosen up a bit after long soccer session yesterday.

after a good bit of badmitton, ran for about 5 min to warm up, then ran 40sec hill intervals x7 with 80sec jog back to start.
times arent accurate as watch is still crazy (bout time i got a new one i think)

shin is a bit troubling but calf is better now.
