Intensity 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, 15 min WU, intensity, 15 min CD, hip mobility, PSS.
- Intensity: 4 x 90s, 4 x 30s with jog down recovery.
- Really tough workout, Louis and I ran up a snowy mountain. The snow and steepness of the slope made running really challenging.

Pool workout 1:00:00 [3]

- Pre act, 6 min swim, drills, intensity, hip mobility, drills, 5 strides, med ball, SR.
- Intensity: 4 x (90, 60, 30, with 15s recovery and 45s between sets), I had to swim for the intensity, the pool wasn't deep enough for running.
- Pretty good workout, swimming and med ball strength has been tough on my shoulders.

Wednesday Dec 27, 2017 #

Intensity 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, 15 min WU, 10 min tempo, active WU, 4 x 50m accels, 4 x 1km at 3km race effort with 3 min rest, 15 min CD, hip mob, PSSR.
- Good effort but my pace was slow. The track I was running on was pretty busy and people got in my way quite a bit.

Tuesday Dec 26, 2017 #

Off-day workout 1:00:00 [3] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, 45 min run, hip mobility, drills, 5 x 100m strides, med ball strength, SR.
- My knee didn't hurt as much today.

Monday Dec 25, 2017 #

Intensity 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 km (4:30 / km)

- Pre act, 15 min WU, intensity, 15 min CD, hip mobility, PSSR.
- Intensity: 2 X (5 X 2 min hard, 1 min jog), 2 min recovery between sets.
- The conditions were pretty slow but I focused on moving through it. Not the strongest WO.

Sunday Dec 24, 2017 #

- Pre act, lunges, 90 min run, drills, hip mobility, basic strength, SR.
- My knee started hurting quite a bit, other than that it was a pretty good run, the trails were way less slippery.
