- Pre act, 6 min swim, drills, intensity, hip mobility, drills, 5 strides, med ball, SR.
- Intensity: 4 x (90, 60, 30, with 15s recovery and 45s between sets), I had to swim for the intensity, the pool wasn't deep enough for running.
- Pretty good workout, swimming and med ball strength has been tough on my shoulders.
