Exploring yet another trail system at Falmouth Nature Preserve. Lots of short steep ups and downs in the gully system along Mill Brook. Pretty nice ridge and valley orienteering (if a bit small). May decide to map this just for my own training.

Walked to Dragon Fields and back. Not much for birds except a late common yellowthroat and various ducks and great cormorant on the Presumpscot River .
Knees pretty sore after three sessions with no tendon straps - dumb, but a good lesson.
AFTER this 5 mile walk with strap, they no longer hurt, and have been fine since.
