Speed workout with ORD Tuesday night edition plus Mike. My buttocks were hurting from yesterday during warm-up. I quit after 2nd strides. I felt I was ready to puke if I do one more and felt dizzy.

Went to work out with RSST Top dogs. Lasted only 2/3 of their training. RSST workout included many jumps. I already feel my buttocks, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Not bad cross training excersize overall with hitting muscles usually not used by me.

Easy Jog to/from ER track as warm-up/cool-down.

"A OK" performance. Overshot on second control - had to come back. There were few near misses - I was executing my plan, missed to notice something in the middle, then I realized that I am already past my "check" point, but I was able to re-adjust my plan on fly without losing too much time (if any)
