Running intervals 55:00 10.8 km (5:06 / km) shoes: Brooks T4 Racer II
Went with Pattydactyl to the running group Ilka runs with on Tuesdays. Was very happy that this week's session wasn't as painful as last week's sounded.
Started with an extremely short warm up (was late), some run throughs then 4 x 4 min (2 min) followed by 4 x 1 min (1 min). Rep 1 and 3 were consistent 10km pace, while rep 2 and 4 ramped the pace up every minute. Cooled down and a few more run throughs afterwards. Good session, didn't feel too bad considering it was the first proper int session for a long time. Was good to do some training in a group.
Pain in the left knee has changed, more of a dull pain under the knee cap now. Feels as if it's bruised or something. Think it's getting better tho.

Evening airport loop from home, although headwind loop would be a more appropriate title as everytime I do it there happens to be a headwind for 75% of the ride. Nice evening for it though, knees weren't too bad, although it was pretty flat.
