wa sreally cold, wet and windy. but the run was good. got a much better time than last year so i am happy about that and didnt tape my knee and it was still good.

spent over an hour afterwards trying to find my jumper but it never came and i gave up and went home. luckily someone was nice enough to give me one of those space blankets i think i may have died otherwise!!

think i might be getting a cold in a few days

got a massage on my calves after the run too so that should help their recovery

did 1km with 200 H 200 E 200 H 200 E 200 H with 1 min break X2
then 1km goal C2S Pace with 2 min break after
then 2x 1 km like before

went to fast on the goal pace one with a like about 4'18

felt like a good workout although short. didnt tape knee and didnt have any troubles

felt pretty god swiming went during my uni lunch break. was really tired in the lectures after though which was gay.

managed to do quite a few sprints

felt really tired this afternoon coz of the swim so didnt push it as hard. still had a pretty tough run with Tony pushing me the whole way.

calf wasnt too bad and didnt tape knee which went really well. abit sore at the start of the run though superior to te patella which i have never had before but wasnt too bad and went away after awhile.

had a shit bike again but still did a pretty good class. was stuffed
Right calf was sore today from yesterday. not too bad on the bike
