Orienteering race (Marginata) 1:25:00 [4] *** 8.2 km (10:22 / km)

was running well at the start with pretty good control flow but then I fell over pretty hard. Hurt both knees, R forearm, L wrist, belly and sternum. Fell pretty hard on sternum and took the wind out of myself, lay there for awhile ad had a little bit of a cry. Got up and kept going but ran pretty shit for the rest of the run.

Wasnt really physically tired but was mentally so kept stopping and walking and taking too much time to make decisions. Crap time overall

Pretty stiff all around now. knees begun to get abit sore near the en but everything shoud be alright. could have been alot worse. Will see next weekend what I can do to make sure I keep concentration for the whole run. Be aggressive be be aggressive.

busy day did end up doing anything physical so did a bit of map reading at night. tyring to decifer the long map, having alot of trouble

might be somthing wrong with 6th but then again i could have just run crap!

ride around river felt pretty good legs not tired at all, abit windy after narrows

kings park run did earlier coz I had some people coming over so ran by myself

felt sick all day and yesterday. dont know why, going to try not having an milk and see if that is the cause. had to spew half way around felt abit better after that.

legs were a little tired going up the hills but not too bad.
