To say I bonked is an understatement....
Had visions of running about 5.20s and slowing to 5.40s but apparently I was running a bit faster than that so no wonder I felt dead. Never felt like I was moving at all fast just felt like a hard slog.

2*4*400m(with some amount of rest I'm not sure of) on the track.
Only the stupidly fast people left in Cam so I was right off the back which made the headwind up the backstraight a real challenge. Legs pretty tired and not moving fast enough for track, and didnt feel like I was moving at all fast (probably due to wind more than anything).
