Long run with Andy and Mounty from Epping through Lane Cove NP to Andy's in Greenwich. Felt relatively ok, considering the nine beers I had during the Friday night. Which I can probably blame for smashing myself during the run and making two holes on my brand new Skins tights. Oh well, shit happens...
