Yet another beautiful day for a bike ride around BWI. A little windy on the back side but very nice all in all.

Ran for 1/2mi at a time now to see if the feet would handle it. Didn't seem to be a problem calf or otherwise.

Stretched abs, calfs, hamstrings, hip flexors & ITB's. Things were rather sore from yesterday's PT session which was the most painful one so far.
