Chose the wrong day to do hills. And my BUGrips didn't seem to live up to their name, so I bet I looked like a bumbling fool.

Ran down Brookfield, through the post office, up Heron, down Junction, took the bike path back to Brookfield, and continued home. My knee still felt a little wonky and my lower back began to hurt near the end. Ice, stretch, repeat.
