running 35:00 [3]

freezing rain meant running in our o-shoes. orienteering is actually the most amazing sport ever :P we didn't slip at all and the only thing we had to be worried about were the falling ice chunks!

X-country skiing 1:15:00 [1]

took ian up to P7 to do the skyline. by the time we made the detour to the bank and to u of o he was asleep. so when we finally got there he was ready to just go home to eat chinese food. whatta guy :P we really did have fun though. i've never done that trail before so he led the way and it was soo cute to see little ian snowplowing down the hills :)

running 25:17 [3] 5.6 km (4:31 / km)

before dinner. started out too fast and so by the end i was dying. everything was really slushy too so i was slippy sliding everywhere!

went skiing all by myself which was sooo weird because i had to drive there and then park and then go skiing. it just felt odd. skiied from P3 to the intersection of champlain and mackenzie king. super dee duper speedy but my opposite offset is still a fail.

running 36:00 [1]

toodled the loop with good golly miss molly. ever so often we hit the pavement and did some pushups. it was pretty hilarious for ppl driving by i'm sure but it made our run much more exciting too.
