first time out in the woods!! woot woot!! not the most fabulous terrain and the map is just a 1:15000 topo map, but who cares. it was sooo stupendous just to be out running again!!! :)
the carlington hill once again, except this time i wore my spikes so coming down was not so hazardous. gorgeous morning and not quite so windy this time which was just lovely.

hallelujah! finally feeling not so sluggish!!!! hip hip hooray!!! ran the loop in not so bad of a time and felt pretty fabulous!!! although the thought of the mac and cheese that was awaiting me at home made me run just a tad faster. :)
just a kind of epic run cause there was just kind of a wind warning, and the hill was just kind of a skating rink, and it was just kind of super duper dark out with a kind of spooky moon. yes lots of fun!!!!
still feeling real yucky and drained and all that. intervals didn't go too badly, but not great either. 5min with 2min rest, then 5x2min with 1min rest, and finished off with another 5min.
