usual morning loop. turned into a snowmen by the end and my vision just kept getting smaller because of the ice buildup on my eye lashes.

cardio day which meant on the crappy old bikes. did 10min warm-up, 10min hard, 5min easy, 7min hard, 3min easy, 5min hard, 2min easy, 3min hard, cooldown. the easy parts turned into spotting my friend for facebreakers so sometimes they were a tad longer.

Bundled myself all up warm enough for any harsh arctic winter. only had a little snippet of my nose between my glasses and neckwarmer exposed so i was definitely plenty warm!

chest and back today. not in the mood for weights but got through bench press, seated row, and 1 sec of bent over rowing.

missed intervals cause my friends wouldn't let me bike home in the snowstorm. so went out for a run once i finally did get home. not too cold yet, but it was still chilly and there was snow being blown everywhere!! was not very smart and went down to the river where i dragged myself through deep snow against the wind. not fun at all but the rest of the run was fun.

ran to school with my bag almost breaking my back, and then down to meet molly on richmond. was just 30sec too late cause she was on the other side of the road and i saw her run past as i was going down the hill. so then i had to spring along the opposite side of the road trying to be louder than her ipod. :P quite the adventure. we made snow angels on a friends lawn though which was exciting too!! :P

leg workout... oh goodness gracious. exhaustion sets for leg extensions and curls. ackkkk!!! then a couple sets of 20 reps of squats with 20lb weights. i don't think i'll be able to walk tomorrow.

ski practice at mooney's bay. round the track a bunch doing drills and the like. had a sweet ski at the end around the trail and then raced my dad around the track which is where my heart rate got to 200. he was beating me for the first 300m, but the last 100m were epic. just totally in the track zone (wrong zone i know, but oh well) and booked the last 100m and we ended up tieing in the end i think. fun fun!!!!!
