rock climbing 1:30:00 [4]

2 really tough climbs on the cliffs. My arms are really sore now, but such a great feeling of accomplishment when you touch that top karabeener and look out over the countryside!!!

running race (steeplechase) 6:17 [5] 1.5 km (4:11 / km)

First steeplechase with a water pit!!! I think it's now one of my favourite races!!! It was really hot, so the water pit was so welcoming, I was thinking of taking a sip cause I was super thirsty, but that would've been kinda gross. Came in 4th with the gr 9's to gr 12's. I tried hurdling one steeple, but I twisted around a lot, so I just stepped on the rest of them.

running race 5:36 [5] 1.5 km (3:44 / km)

Sickest 1500m race ever!!! Ended up at the back right at the start, but I just kept passing people until I was 5. It was the last lap, only about 100m left, and I just turned the back burners on!!! I have no idea where it came from but it was the best finish I've ever had!!! Passed the 3 people in front of me and came second by 6 tenths of a second!!! It might even be my PB for 1500m
It was super cool cause when I finished I heard on the loud speakers "and Nepean comes in second with Emily Kemp!!!" WOOOHOOO!!!! :P

running race 2:49 [5] 0.8 km (3:31 / km)

Uber tired by my third event, so I wasn't going to go too hard since I still had the 3000, but that's hard to do when everybody else is sprinting. Didn't get to the point where my legs went numb, but I still went pretty hard, coming 7th.

running race 12:09 [5] 3.0 km (4:03 / km)

My coach said that this was one of the more exciting 3000m races he's seen, and I though it was pretty good too!!! My legs were totally bitching at me cause they didn't wanna run, so I was at the back again at the start, but I knew that a few people would die going at the pace that they had started. Passed the few groups of girls and then started knocking off the single runners until I was 3rd. The girl in second was the tank that had won 1500m and 800m, so I didn't have high hopes about beating her, plus I only had 1 lap left. Managed to pull off a pretty good sprint at the end, but I had to sit down on the track cause my legs were soooo tired!!! One of my teamates came over and carried me off the track which was fun :P
Figured out that I had run about the equivalent of 7km around the track!!!! :O

running (hurdles) 1:00:00 [1]

Warm-up run down to the field, stretching, and then hurdle drills on the sidewalk of Richmond Road. By the way, buses go fast enough to knock down hurdles just by the wind going past!!!

orienteering race (score-o) 1:00:00 [4]

First score-o this year, didn't have the best route picked out, but didn't make any major mistakes!!! Although, I know Pinhey Forest really well...
