It was endurance this week and I quite enjoyed it!!! I pushed myself a little more and it felt good.

At the beginning of gym, almost everybody was playing, but by the end there were only about 6 of us playing. It was sweet!!!

We decided to do a longer run today, but still go at a pretty fast pace. It was a good run but I'm going to be sore tomorrow...

It was really slippery on the trails so we took a bit longer than usual, but I felt it in the knees a lot more. Haven't gone for a run since last Wednesday!!! :-O

The zone kind of ranged from a zone 4 to a zone 1 but in fireball I was sweating!!! Although, pinball isn't a very physically demanding sport...

hiking (Klondike Derby) 2:30:00 [2] 5.0 km (30:00 / km)

We had to pull a sled full of gear 5km for the Klondike Derby while doing different stations along the way. One of them was a slalom race which was a zone 3 or 4 but the rest was about a zone 2. We where outside all day, but we weren't pulling it for the whole time. And guess what??? Our team came first overall!!! Isn't that awesome???
