First time doing HY at the Athletic Club. No where near as hot as Bikram but instructor was really great. Much more flexibility focused, exactly what I was hoping for.
The ARC trainer is a new favourite machine for intervals following weights. Treadmill aside, this in on par with the Jacob's Ladder in cranking up my heart rate fast. 4 x 4min hard / 1min rest.

After the AR story swap finally decided to stop creeping and sign-up to AP. Slacking off past two weeks with travel and a nasty sinus cold. First spin class in two weeks and it had to be Gavin - managed a true 7/8 on the tabata to finish.
