Feeling super tired today and a little in need of motivation and reset. These days do come occassionally and it is okay! All a step in a process of healing <3 reset, rejuvenate and learn even more through these days for the future.

35 min of Christine's 90 min video and some of my own practice. Just listening to my body. Not teaching vinyasa sequence till at least Wednesday next week so you have time to develop your practice <3 Once you make your way entirely through the SYS videos you can do your own full sequence practice.
KNEE - slowly easing :) but still a little sore! FOOT - Quite sore today - but remember pain is just chemistry and it will get there slowly <3 Some days it is just more sore - but I believe in the healing and strengthening process and am grateful for all the movement I can do in the present moment. Resisting any temptation to test it when it is extra sore.

Quite a lot of stiffness and pain in the body - but just working through it and remaining present! <3 EG Right hip a little twinge! just need to make sure to keep stretching - remember to stretch before bed and just generally be mindful of my body.

A slightly reduced physio practice as my foot was a little sore <3
KNEE - still present, but think it is slowly getting there, just going to continue avoiding movements and using healing practices until it goes, less mental concern today <3. FOOT - <3 HEEL - already clearing up.

HEEL - hit it yesterday during physio and bruised today - something im sure will clear up in a few days though <3

Learning how to navigate pain will be the most powerful thing. I am fit and healthy in myself at the moment - so looking at the positives when negatives come up :)
