Became restless with damn sprained right ankle since last Sunday at US Champs in Wisconsin. Still use R.I.C.E. but M.I.C.E also..... Plan to biking later this afternoon and hope can do up 15 miles or more.

Was planning go to South Fork event but the shed contractor came at around 9:15am. I expect him to come tomorrow (Monday). We were stuck with him until after 1:30. Drats missed for orienteering today. :-(

Almost perfect weather at Orange Grove-Patapsco State Park, MD. Temp in high 60 to low 70s sunny.

Didn't plan to run fast cause my back stiff from working on the yard for 2 days. Bobbled and waste about 10 minutes on control #8 but the other rest were ok.

One of my favorite weather with sunny in the 70's. Much less humid than in Taiwan. Saw many dogs that people brought them for walk to the Great Falls park.

Did ok but got mixed up #3 and #5 with several gullies. The #5, I was looking in gullies but it should be in pit so didn't find it and continue for the next control. Drats! my Garmin 405 went crazy. I tried to setup back on training but it made things worsen and gave up. But strange next morning, I checked the 405 and its ok and also all my track information and time. Looks like the 405 hate my sweat on it or whatever. I am thinking about to contact Garmin and complain about it. Dunno if they will do something about it and hope they can exchange it. I had exchanged it last May due band broke off.
