Bit of a longer run. Hadn't planned on going too far, but once I got out there I felt really awesome and just wanted to carry on running. The rain was actually really awesome to run in ( brought back memories of Portugal :) ). To school, 3km loop there, down to douglas, police station, through jukskei park, up towards olivedale, across amsterdam, kings school, over freeway, vet and then home. Felt really good up until about 16km or so where the legs started struggling a little. #trainingwhileitsraining

3000tt #2. Did it on the 4ways track. Reasonably happy with the time considering that I was doing it on my own and haven't had the greatest of training the last couple of weeks. Also pretty happy that I've finally learnt how to finish strong :)

OSL at Delta Park. Decent with the navigation again- probably only 15-20 seconds mistakes ( 4/5 hesitations when not knowing exactly where the control was when nearby), but still wasn't feeling amazing with the running- hopefully should get back into some proper running this week.
