Sprint cup at WSBG- prelim.
#1-3- ok, a bit slow into 2+3
#4- went too high and ended up hitting the path and then having to correct (25secs)
#5-8- ok
#9- should have gone over the bridge to the right and then cut straight through up to the control instead of going al the way round to the left (20 seconds)
#10 just took a litte while to find the control once nearby (5secs)
#11- also took a while to find the correct path near the control (5secs)
#12-13- ok

So overall the mistakes were just under a min, which is pretty decent for me :)

Sprint cup final. Started over a min ahead of Brad, so was pretty confident that I could take the win, but managed to stuff up a couple of controls and got passed by Brad at #8, luckily he's still rather slow at the moment- so passed him again on the way to #10 and managed to pull a gap of about 40secs on him by the finish :)
#1- ok
#2- struggled to find the path up to 2 ( 5secs)
#3- was rather hesitant with all the paths and didn't take the best route through, then also managed to run into some chairs near the restaurant ( 10secs)
#4- didn't understand the map and went towards the jungle gyms before realising (5secs)
#5-got held up by a big group of people walking along the path, but otherwise was ok
#6- overran the path that I wanted to take and then had to cut through the green down to #6 (10secs)
#7- rather hesitant with alll the paths and didn't take a great route choice. (5 seconds)
#8- big stuffup- don't know what I was doing here, went way too high up and too far past the control ( 1:05min)
#9- Brad had punched #8 just before me, so just folowed him into #9.
#10- good- passed Brad on the way to it and was moving rather quicky trying to pull a gap on him, managed to hit it well.
#11- good
#12-16 - ok

So a little under 2min mistake overall which wasn't great for that length of a course, but luckily I had a bit of a time advantage after the 1st run, so managed to take the win- my first non-champs win :)

Running on the treadmil at gym. Kept the pace pretty slow, but increased the incline after every km which made it pretty tough.
