Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km) +30m 6:59 / km

Just jogging about and a few dynamic strechs then off asap because of the bad weather.

Orienteering long 1:28:53 [5] **** 12.5 km (7:07 / km) +300m 6:21 / km

I got 1 fine and then decided to mess up one massively by going to low and then not being able to work out where i was along the wall because there were definaitely more ditchs on the ground than on the map so i ran down and then up and finally found it after wasting +2:30 minutes. caught up some time on 3, 4, 5. Small mistake on 6 wasting +30 seconds. Caught up some time on 7 with a joint fastest leg woop woop! A small mistake on 8 wasting +1 Min. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15. Another small mistake and bad route choice on 16 wasting + 30 secs. 17 and 18 fine. Tiny little error on 19 +30 secs. After this i died and ran out of energy! I was in 4 place over all at this point then i lost time little by little in the later controls and finished 7th :( slowing losing time on 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and a small mistake on 25 +30 secs. Slow again to 26 and into the finsih + 1 mins for slowing towards the end. Overall +6 Minutes. Should of been around 80 minutes on a perfect run in them conditions.

Warm up and warm down included in this! Both Static and Dynamic Stretchs. Before and after to prepare and stop cramp in next race.

Actual Lenght was 2.8km. What a disaster of a race i started okay, getting one bang on but i then decided to be silly and go to the wrong side of a wall for 2 lucky only wasting +20 seconds. Messed up 3 by running past it yet again +20 Secs. 4,5 fine. Then to my suprise 6 was missing i spent around 2 minutes looking around to try find it before deciding it wasnt there. I tried to continue but i was in a bad mindset now and made a bad route choice to 7,8 wasting about +30 secs. 9, 10, 11, 12. made a little mistake on 13 as i didnt relise it was upstairs, a few people miss punched on this control and decided it wasnt there, and there was a complaint about mapping in that area. 14 awful route choice +30secs. 15,16,17,18 fine. Therefore because of the missing controls legs were voided and so my time changed to 21:16 however i still wasted +1.40 in mistakes.

1,2,3 fine. Great Route choice to four and five making loads of time on people in front of me and then i messed up 6 massively and lost all that time and people behind me caught me up +1:30 Seconds. & bad route choice. 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Now i did thirteen fine however, i went flying on the wet and slippy walkways by the canal and nearly ended up in the water but luckily i hit the bar of the handrail and it stopped me, hurt my left leg a little and left arm but i soldiered on haha. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 fine. I probably wasted around 2 minutes in the end. Best time 18 Mins.

Going to see whats happening tomorrow and if not to busy may go for a short run :) It has flooded everywhere and am not going for a run before traveling as i need to do some stuff.

Really reall hard as the tyre was flat for some reason on my bike which mademe go fast than usual and i was ill so it didnt help at all for my breathing yet again.

Went down to Southampton at the weekend for my Dad's birthday and went out and partied hard and ended up making myself even more ill and now i have a throat infection and am coughing and am struggling for breath when training :( not good at all so i had a few days of and then decided i better get training again so am just going to do a little bit as i have two events this weekend.

p.s. i spent harder any time sat down at work now because of my new job for the next 6 weeks so i will be doing a hell of a lot fo walking at least 2-4km a day.
