Mostly outer calf, sometimes migrates to medial, not a full blown strain but tight and limiting running so documenting for future reference. Trying some soft tissue work, rest from running, calf strengthening. August 13-18 no running, then some short runs, no improvement, trying more time off running August 27-31. Every other day 1-1.5 hrs for a week seemed fine!
