R Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Right Calf was getting very tight after running/hiking 22+ miles. Very tender to the touch near the top outside calf near the knee. I felt it coming on during my bike ride but it didn't stop hurting until well into the next day. I'll try some advil, stretching and rest it for the next couple of days. I'll steer clear of running or riding for now. I'll try kayaking and weights instead.

I gave it a day or two of rest and it felt great my next run. I've been training hard lately so it was just letting me know how old I am.
