BNP north to bridge removal +. Stayed off asphalt and knee was ok, though i'm slow and weak

After a busy day did a light run in neighborhood. at 1 min realized knee was bugging me and i was on hard surfaces. after some indecision, decided to continue but only on grass. That worked better.
Today at standing desk did a lot of bouncing and moving - i should keep that up
